Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original condition, free of Puppers stains or barn hair, and were purchased within the last 30 days.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label, secure the goods in their original packaging, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the goods at the home farm, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new size within 5-7 business days.
